My professional career in the United States began in 2014 in the life insurance industry, retirement plans and annuities, products whose aim is the protection of family economic stability in the event of an eventuality. This is how I learned to know and take care of the family, where each member has different characteristics and needs. Later, I was trained in the area of ​​health products; motivated, in part, by my family experiences.

At the end of 2017, after the desolation left by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, I was part of the staff that traveled to the Orlando International Airport with the interest of speeding up assistance to newcomers. During the months that I was there, I got to know first-hand their situations, and in the same way, the alternatives to help them. Communication ties and closer relationships with people were created. At the same time, I had the opportunity to identify and harmonize the different resources available, in addition to medical insurance, such as Social Security, government and social assistance for a heterogeneous population that needed it.

From that experience, my professional vision broadened. I set out to create an agency that would manage personalized community resource opportunities and diversify the benefits for the population: not just health insurance. In addition, I recruited professionals to do the same and, in this way, help a greater number of people. In January 2020, while the COVID-19 pandemic kept everyone at home, it began operating as an integrated services company.
